i am currently researching like a doctoral candidate for their thesis. i emailed a very direct confrontation to a senior member of a staff, through his staff and am NOW going back and fully fleshing out what i know and more importantly what the truth is. no damage has been done yet…but i hope the letter is received with grace.

finally got the problem figured out but it took glue, tape, and voodoo. not the best feeling in the world, but happy it’s done. :)
