Gut Feeling
Yesterday I took the top off the Jeep and it was perfect. I hesitated because I’m lazy and didn’t want to put the top back on this morning. And I still concern myself with what people think about me. So this morning, I drove to the bus stop with the top down and it was misty outside. I wondered if anybody was thinking I was stupid for driving in “wet” conditions without the top. And thankfully, my gut feeling was, “why do you care what they think?! You’re not uncomfortable nor wet, so enjoy!”
so I did. But I still wonder why my mind concerns itself with others’ thoughts of my actions.
