Difficult
Certain music causes me to be more focused on what I need to be doing. Specifically, music with lyrics written about the Gospel and it’s impact on our lives. I hear that voice that calls for a renewing of my soul and a reminder of the price that was paid and the gift I accepted.
Today, though, it was so difficult for me to get in that frame of mind. The frame of mind where I am freed from this world and allowed to respond to what is needed, not what is demanded.
I’m finally there and now I have to leave in 15 minutes. :)
Nice. Lord, tomorrow, please intervene and cause me to desire more than what I’m offered by this world.
